Grow 'N Flow Yoga Retreat - Terms & Conditions

1. Retreat Participation & Health Disclosure

By signing this agreement, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the Grow 'N Flow Yoga Retreat. You acknowledge that yoga and related activities may involve physical exertion and accept full responsibility for your participation.

All participants are required to disclose the following health-related information:

Current medical conditions that we need to be aware of

Have you been to the hospital in the last 3 months?

Have you had a surgery in the last year? If so, what for?

Medications being taken

Any medication that requires special storage (e.g., refrigeration)

This information will be kept confidential and used only to ensure your safety during the retreat.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit & Payment Terms

A deposit of $150 is required to secure your spot at the retreat. This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Full payment is due no later than 1 week after deposit is paid. If full payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date: A refund will be issued, minus the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund will be issued.

If Grow 'N Flow Yoga cancels the retreat for any reason, a full refund (including the deposit) will be provided.

4. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location. It is strongly recommended that all attendees purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation in the retreat, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property loss. Grow 'N Flow Yoga, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the retreat.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate may result in immediate dismissal from the retreat without refund. No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the grounds during the retreat.

7. Photography & Media Release

By attending the retreat, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the organisers in advance.

8. Agreement
